Last weekend, a constituent handed me a slip of paper she keeps posted above her desk, which reads, “The crumbs are not the same as a place at the table.” She thanked me for making sure that her social service & healthcare organization, and the people it serves, got more than crumbs this year, and always has a place at the table in Montpelier.
That’s why I’m running again to represent the Addison District at the State House — so you have a place at the table in Montpelier. Over the past four years, I have listened to your concerns, communicated important information, and delivered crucial support and policy changes, especially during the COVID pandemic. Let’s continue to work together to make our community stronger.
This is an incredibly important election year: one-third of legislators are moving on, nearly every statewide office is up for grabs, we can send Vermont’s first woman to Congress, and Vermonters will vote on a constitutional amendment guaranteeing personal reproductive liberty. We need experienced, diligent senators like me, getting out the vote and representing you at the table. Help me reach voters during this historic election year. Make a contribution to my campaign.
It’s been an honor to be your state senator since 2019, and I look forward to to serving you for another two years. Thank you for your support.
